Hotel development project, based on existing 4* hotel at the Baltic seaside, with already recognized brand and loyal client base.

Investment project concerns development of another building with 250 beds in 3* standard, with:
- large conference center (~1000 guests)
- SPA
- numerous sport facilities (swimming pool, bowling center etc..)

Founder-owner is inviting preferably private investors who believe in good prospects of the tourism and conference sector in Poland, passionate about running large hotel.

Equity needed - 4 mil. EURO. Total investment will be levaraged by bank loans.
